Queen Palm (Syagrus romanzoffiana)
The Queen Palm is a fast-growing, elegant evergreen palm with a smooth grey trunk and long, graceful, feathery fronds. It is an excellent choice for tropical and subtropical gardens, streetscapes, and large landscapes, creating an instant tropical feel.

Care
Feed with a quality palm fertiliser during spring and summer to maintain healthy green foliage. Water deeply during dry periods, especially while young. Remove only dead fronds to keep the palm looking neat.

Edible
⚠️ The orange fruit is technically edible but has very little flesh and is not commonly eaten. It is mainly valued as an ornamental palm.
