Brunsfelsia, commonly known as “Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow” plant, thrives in moderate temperatures, well-draining soil, and partial shade in the Western Cape. It prefers temperatures between 60-80°F (15-27°C) and requires regular watering, especially during the growing season. However, it’s essential to allow the soil to dry out slightly between waterings to prevent root rot. Additionally, it benefits from occasional fertilization during the growing season. Protecting it from strong winds is also advisable, as it can damage the delicate blooms.
