Refund Policy
We pack plants with care, but once they’re with the courier, they’re out of our hands. If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll work with you and the courier to find the best solution.
Plants are living things and need care to thrive. Once they’re delivered, their health depends on the environment and care they receive. We’ll always give you tips and guidance, but we can’t take responsibility for plants that don’t make it due to conditions beyond our control.
